This policy explains what information Market Pulse Hub (“we”, “us”) collects when you use marketpulse-hub.com, why we collect it and the choices you have. We keep collection to the minimum needed to run the service.

Information we collect

• Account details. If you become a member we store your name, email address, username and a securely hashed password in our WordPress database.
• Waitlist sign-ups. If you ask to be notified when registration opens, we store your email address, the name and interest you give us (both optional) and the date. We use it only to tell you when membership opens, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
• Messages you send us. When you use the contact form or email us, we receive your name, email address and message.
• Technical data. Like most websites, our hosting provider records standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of the request) for security and troubleshooting.
• Settings stored in your browser. The dashboard saves your preferences, such as the dark or light theme and the last tab you opened, and keeps a copy of the data it has loaded so it opens faster. This stays in your own browser (local storage and IndexedDB) and is not sent to us.

Cookies

We use only the cookies WordPress needs to keep you signed in and to protect forms. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

How we use your information

• To provide member access and keep accounts secure.
• To reply to your messages and tell you when membership opens if you asked us to.
• To keep the site running, prevent abuse and fix problems.

Services we rely on

The site is hosted by Hostinger, which provides our servers, content delivery network and caching. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the font files are requested. Market data shown in the dashboard is prepared on our side; your browser does not send your information to market-data providers.

How long we keep it

Account information is kept while your membership is active and deleted on request. Contact messages are kept only as long as needed to handle your request. Server logs are kept by our host for a limited period for security.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to close your account. Email admin@marketpulse-hub.com and we will respond within a reasonable time.

Security

Member data is protected by encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords and access controls. The full dashboard data is only served to signed-in members. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Market Pulse Hub is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be highlighted on the site.
