These terms apply to everyone who visits marketpulse-hub.com or uses the Market Pulse Hub dashboard (“the service”). By using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Not investment advice

Market Pulse Hub provides market data, scores, charts and articles for information and education only. Nothing on the site is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, currency or commodity, and nothing is personal financial advice. Markets carry risk and past performance does not guarantee future results. You are responsible for your own decisions; consider speaking to a licensed adviser before you invest.

Accuracy of data

Data comes from public and licensed sources and is processed automatically. It may be delayed, incomplete or wrong, and scores, fair values and signals are estimates from models that can be mistaken. We do our best to keep everything accurate but we do not guarantee it, and you should check important figures with an official source before relying on them.

Our content and your licence

The dashboard, its design, code, scores, ratings, models, charts, text, articles and the way our data is selected and arranged are owned by Market Pulse Hub and protected by copyright and other laws. We give you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to view and use them for your own investing research.

What you may not do

• Copy, download, save, reproduce, republish, sell, rent or redistribute the dashboard, its data or its scores, in whole or in part, except for brief quotes with a clear credit and link to marketpulse-hub.com.
• Use bots, scrapers, scripts or any automated means to collect data from the site, or download data faster than a person reading the pages normally would.
• Copy, decompile, reverse engineer or reuse the site’s source code, or build a competing product or service from our data, scores or code.
• Share your member account, sign-in details or member-only content with anyone else.
• Try to bypass the sign-in, the free-preview limits or any other security measure, or interfere with the site’s operation.

Member accounts

Member accounts are for one person. Keep your password safe and tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, including by sharing access or collecting data automatically.

Availability

We aim to keep the service available and up to date, but it may sometimes be unavailable, slow or out of date because of maintenance, data source problems or reasons outside our control. Features may change over time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Market Pulse Hub is not liable for any loss or damage, including trading or investment losses, that comes from using or relying on the service, its data or its content.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
