Pakistan’s stock market is one of the best in the world for dividend income. This list ranks the PSX companies with the highest dividend yields, using the cash dividends each company actually paid over the last 12 months and the closing price on 30 October 2026. To keep the list useful, it only includes companies worth at least Rs 5 bn, and it shows two checks that matter as much as the yield itself: how consistently the company pays, and whether its profit covers the dividend.

How to read this list
- Check the payout ratio. LOTCHEM, NBP, EPQL, DOL, HUMNL, AHCL paid more in dividends than they earned over the period. That can come from a special dividend or from drawing on past profits, and it usually cannot be repeated every year. See our guide to the payout ratio.
- Check the record. A company that paid in 10 of the last 10 years is more dependable than one that paid in 3.
- Check why the yield is high. Yield rises when the price falls. A very high yield can be a sign that the market expects a cut.
- Tax. Cash dividends are taxed at source, usually 15% for tax filers, so the yield you receive is lower than the figure above.
