An off-market (negotiated) deal is a trade agreed directly between a buyer and a seller and reported to the exchange, instead of being matched in the normal order book. Large investors use them to move big blocks of shares without pushing the price around. The trades still settle through the clearing system and are published by the exchange.
The price agreed in a block deal shows what an informed buyer was willing to pay. A block bought well above the market price can signal confidence in the company, while a block sold at a deep discount can mean a holder wanted out quickly. Repeated blocks in the same stock over a few weeks are worth watching, which is why the dashboard above also lists repeat names and the history over the last weeks. Some trades are financing or transfer deals rather than real changes of ownership, so the type column helps separate them.

It can show that a buyer valued the shares above the market price, but it is not proof of anything on its own. It is one clue to read together with results, flows and valuation.
Block deals are large trades between investors. Financing and transfer trades are often linked to funding arrangements or moves between accounts, so they say less about demand for the stock.
